At Alarm.com. ADC, I was hired under as a Director of Product Management under the Zendo brand to manage and roadmap a line of Apple HomeKit compatible CPGs. The categories ranged from but not limited to indoor/outdoor camera, lightbulbs, outlets, sensors, etc. At the end of this position I was retained to work under the Design Studio team as a special unit of the Alarm.com brand.

Prepared and executed an introspective review of the ADC smart home security camera product line. Identifying key forms, fits and functions as well as reviewing the competition to identify overlaps and create new products in gaps or end of life redundant products. Working with Supply Chain to streamline manufacturing and optimize inventories.

Complete cradle to grave product management. Working with engineering, graphics, marketing and copy to complete go to market products. Wireless certifications, silk screening, consumer instruction manuals, packaging, etc... Using traditional or new sw for mechanical and marketing requirements documentation. Participating in Agile development with multiple sprints with SW team during scrums.

At Motorla Solutions I worked under the Astro (US based Public Service Reliability) Division as a Senior Product Manager focusing my daily activities defining the next generation P25 handheld Radio reporting directly to the PdM Director. This project was essential a hardened smart phone device aimed at the public safety sector.

Last I was asked to take over as the Product Manager for the Xtrememac Brand.
